Why We Are Lactose Intolerant

Why can't we drink milk or eat dairy like our ancestors did?

There are 2 main reasons:

1. According to Science, deficiency of an enzyme in the body called lactase, and our inability to fully digest this sugar (lactose) in dairy products, are usually responsible for lactose intolerance.

Symptoms of dairy intolerance can be uncomfortable and appear soon after consuming milk products. They include abdominal pain, bloating, diarrhoea, nausea, vomiting and stomach cramps.

2. Logically, in the past cows were seen more as family for two reasons: they provided milk, yoghurt, butter, cheese and even dung to be used as fuel or building material during difficult times like drought. Further, they were shown empathy and care by their human families.

When a mother breast feeds her child, she is unconsciously absorbing his pheromones, which indicate to the baby what sort of food he needs. The composition of the milk produced by a human mother varies over time and between feedings for the same infant. Similar to a human mother, a cow receives pheromones when she licks the farmer's palm while feeding him fodder, and receives nutritional instructions for her human family. It's a scientifically proven fact that when the calf is allowed to feed, the cow produces more serotonin and has greater milk production for her human toddlers. It was an empathetic relationship that went both ways - divine and genuine.

As the saying goes, "You should only drink milk if you know the cow."

Unfortunately, the communication and relationship of empathy that used to exist in the past is no longer effective.

Cows on commercial farms are artificially inseminated and impregnated every year to maximize births. This practice often leaves the cows with ruptured uteruses and increases their risk for cancer. The calves are separated from their mothers shortly after birth, which causes the cows great distress. The cows' milk is then full of pus, blood, cortisol, and hormones like estrogen as a result of the torture these animals endure while confined on these large factory farms.

The ingestion of such products can lead to lactose intolerance, PCOS PCOD, infertility in both sexes; skin disorders & even cancer have been observed.

Choose milk from a cow farm that does not mistreat the cattle, or else do not drink it at all! your body cannot process cruelty.
