Ginger Key Lime Tea

Enjoy this immune-boosting tea on an empty stomach first thing in the morning.

Ingredients

  • 500ml spring water
  • Juice of 1-2 key limes
  • 1/4 cup organic ginger; pressed

Directions

  1. Add spring water to a medium saucepan. Bring spring water to a boil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add key lime juice and pressed ginger to the hot water and let it infuse for 2 minutes. Transfer to a tea cup. Enjoy hot!
