You'll be surprised at how conveniently you can make plant based milk at home.
Ingredients
4 cups spring water
1 1/2 cups soaked almonds/walnuts/brazil nuts,/ or hemp seeds chopped (choose one )
3/4 medium dates
A pinch of pink himalayan salt
Directions
In a bowl, cover the almonds/walnuts/brazil nuts or hemp seeds in water and leave to soak for at least 10-12 hours.
Strain and rinse the Almonds/walnuts/brazil nuts/hemp seeds, then add them into a high-speed blender or food processor. Add spring water, sea salt and dates and blend away for 1-2 minutes or until smooth.
Your alkaline milk is ready to be consumed. If preferred, you can use a nut milk bag to strain the milk into a glass jar or bowl.
