Guacamole

Everyone's favorite dip! Guacamole is nutritious and versatile at the same time!

Ingredients

  • 2 large avocados
  • 2 plum tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/3 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/3 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp pink himalayan salt
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

Directions

  1. To begin, remove the seeds from the avocado and add the insides into a medium-sized bowl.
  2. Add red onion, cilantro, and seasonings to the bowl and mash until the mixture reaches a smooth consistency.
  3. Now mix in the chopped plum tomatoes. Enjoy your nutritious guacamole!
